A contract will be entered into on the issue of the booking confirmation, between the person making the booking (the holiday maker) and Jacaranda House and Home Services. Bookings cannot be accepted from persons under 18 years of age.

All bookings must be accompanied by the appropriate deposit. The final balance is payable 8 weeks before commencement of the holiday. Bookings may be subject to cancellation if final payment is not received by the due date. We will make all efforts to send a reminder but responsibility is with the person making the booking (the holiday maker) to send the final payment on time.

The contract requires the holiday maker to pay in full for the accommodation booked in the event of cancellation. All cancellations must be notified in writing to Jacaranda House and Home Services. In all cases of cancellation the deposit is forfeited. Subject to re-letting, balance monies due but not paid may become non-payable. If notification of cancellation is received after payment of final balance but not less than two weeks prior to commencement of holiday, the final balance payment maybe refunded in full subject to re-let or at the discretion of Jacaranda House and Home Services.

If Jacaranda House and Home Services is prevented by circumstances beyond their control from making there accommodation available and cannot arrange a suitable alternative al monies paid by you will be refunded. The holiday maker will not as a result have any further claims against Jacaranda House and Home Service.

The holiday maker undertakes to keep the accommodation and all furniture, fixtures and fittings in the same state of repair and condition as at the start of their holiday. All accommodation must be vacated by 10:00 am on the final day of hire and left in a clean and tidy condition (A charge will be made for the property vacated if not left clean and tidy). The cost of any damage or breakages must be paid to Jacaranda House and Home Services.

The maximum number of persons allowed in the accommodation must not exceed the number as stated in the details, unless authorized by Jacaranda House and Home Services. (Jacaranda House and Home Services reserve the right to terminate the hire without notice or refund for breach of this condition)

All information and statements are made in good faith. However the accommodation does not warrant and is not responsible for the accuracy of any information or statements made. Every effort has been made to ensure that the information supplied is correct at the time of publishing and are in good faith but without liability.

In the event of any problem arising on arrival or during the holiday, the holiday maker should immediately bring this to the attention of the representative who will endeavor to assist. We regret that any problems that cannot be resolved at the time cannot be compensated for later.

The use of the accommodation and its amenities where offered, is entirely at the users risk, and no responsibility can be accepted for user's/visitors injury, accident, loss or damage to its user's or visitors belongings. However the accommodation do not seek to exclude or limit legal liability for the negligence of their representative. It is recommended you take out travel insurance with a reputable insurance company, to cover cost that might arise ie. loss of monies due to cancellation.

Jacaranda House and Home Services reserve the right to reposes the accommodation at any time, where damage has caused or annoyance to neighbors has reached an intolerable level, by the holiday maker or any member of their party.

We regret neither Jacaranda House and Home Services nor the owner accept liability for any disruption or inconvenience which might affect your holiday where such failure is not reasonably the fault of Jacaranda House and Home Services.

We regret no refund can be made for a holiday which has not been taken in full.

Its hereby agreed that the purpose of this letting is to confer on the holiday maker the right to occupy the accommodation for a holiday only during the term reserved and no other rights of occupation.
